Our company was founded in 1979 and we started with compressor parts and assemblies. Almost all parts other than the housing were being made in our facility. As we started gaining expertise, we took on more challenging task of designing and manufacturing the force feed lubricator which works at very high pressure. As compressor designs started changing, we started developing gear pumps for lubrication of the compressors in 1993. Various different types of gear pumps were developed with simple ones and others with inbuilt timing and pressure relief assemblies or circuits. With increased demand from OEMs and traders alike, we expanded our capacity by adding an additional unit at Pirangut industrial zone in Pune in March 2000.
This plant started with semi-automatic machines and very soon we added our first CNC Vertical Machining Centre. This marked a new chapter in the history of our company. This led to increased volumes with repeat accuracy. Few more CNC-VMCs were added as the requirement and product catalogue started increasing. Currently we have 15 CNC machines available in our and our captive supplier units. We also added another small workspace for pre assembly preparation of our oil pumps.
We have always tested each and every pump for performance and visual satisfaction and we have the ISO 9001: 2015 certification which stands as a reminder of our attention to quality.
We have a ‘Zero Field Failure’ rating from Atlas Copco India Ltd since 1986.
As the gear pumps are basically gearboxes, we have also developed power transfer gearboxes as one-off requirement by our clients. Along with lubrication pumps, we can also develop hydraulic pumps and are actively working with OEMs to get our product approved.
We have also developed supporting product to lubrication such as oil filtration system, oil pump performance test rigs and auxiliary motor oil pumps and have supplied to OEMs and government owned companies.
As we get more and more advanced pumps to develop, we have also resorted to advanced methods of development which involve 3D laser scanning, 3D modelling and 3D printing which have helped us develop complex pumps in a shorter time.
To develop new applications for gear based assemblies of power transfer and hydraulics along with lubrication.
To deliver Defect-free and Failure-free products 100% of the time.
To develop pumps of fit and forget stature.
